LO has slight diaper rash that seems to be flared when I eat dairy. I've used a Lasinoh cream which I like and Butt Paste which is ok but I hate the smell. What's your favorite?

We used Desitin when we had a small rash early on. None so far since!

Earth Mama Angle Baby Bottom Balm, hands down. That and Boudreaux's Butt Paste. Either of those clear up anything almost instantly!

Corona ointment! It is kind of an "underground" thing...but when I worked in child care--those who know about it swear it is the best you will EVER use!
