Under $10 - Hydrasense nasal aspirator (similar to the nosefrieda) has been a life saver for stuffy noses
Under $50 - Aden & Anais swaddle blankets, we swaddled E for almost 6 months in these babies, not to mention they make great sunshades, nursing covers and all around awesome blankets
Under $150 - Ergo carrier for sure, DH and I both love using it
Under $500 - Sung-a-bunny swing. Plugged in so we didn't go through battries like crazy and for a while it was the only place she'd sit that wasn't in my arms
Under $1000 - Britax b-ready. Awesome stroller, super lightweight and I can't wait to use it as a double someday
