Ooh, that's hard with those amount categories because I can't choose between some things...so I'm adding a couple I imagine my answers will change as LO gets older, too (6 months right now).
Under $10 -- Pacifiers, I guess? I'm having a hard time thinking of anything else that was under $10!
Under $25 -- Lifefactory teething rings
Under $50 -- CoziBug sleepsacks (on sale)
Under $100 -- Keekaroo Peanut changing pad
Under $150 -- Tula carrier
Under $500 -- City Mini GT stroller
Under $1000 -- Best Chairs rocker/recliner
We also love our Keekaroo high chair, but we got it for $60 on Craigslist whereas retail with the infant insert is $250ish so I'm not sure it counts here!

I'm only 8 days into parenthood but I'll second a few things on this list:
Under $50: Aden & Anais swaddle blankets. I wasn't sure what all the hype was about but figured since everyone loves them if get some. We have already gotten tons of use out of them! They make a handy cover for nursing too.
Under $150: Keekaroo changing pad. My son prefers to pee when you take off his diaper, so I love that you can just wipe it clean!
Too soon to tell what else we'll love.
