We have an Oxo Sprout high chair for our house. I'm thinking about picking up a portable high chair for when I go to my parents' house with R since I'm there often. Which one is best?

Phil & Teds Lobster. It's clip on and we bring it everywhere, restaurants, friends houses, long trips. If you're unsure about the safety and it not staying clipped, we always keep a chair/booth/barstool underneath...but he has never fallen or slipped.. It's the priciest but it so durable and super small to carry around.

Another Lobster vote!
We got ours when DD was 7 months old. She can still use it at 2.5, but baby bro usually sits in it!

Can't beat $20, 4.5 stars, and almost 2000 reviews.

We have the inglesina one, which looks similar to the phil & ted's lobster chair. We love it!

We have a P&T Metoo chair which is very similar to the Lobster but it can't be attached to tables with a centre pedestal or a lip. It's otherwise a fantastic chair (ours is clipped onto our breakfast bar) but a chair that can be strapped onto a seat is probably more versatile.
Eta the Lobster can't be clipped onto pedestal tables etc either!

@Mrs. High Heels: +1!
We will have to buy another soon! This is our only high chair and we are super happy with it!

We have the IKEA high chair at my parents. It breaks down easily, so storage space is not an issue. I also love how easily it wipes clean. We don't have to worry about missing something sticky and coming back a few months later to something nasty. We also have one at our house (in addition to our OXO). It is a spare here for when friends stop by or we take it to the neighbors or I can throw it in the back of the car and take it to a friend's house. It is super light, so we also use it for outdoor dining at home. I can carry it with one hand, so much easier than dragging the OXO (which I also really like). I believe the IKEA chair is the antelope and it was $25 (with the tray).

We have the fisher price booster too! Dd used it at home til she was 18 months old and DS is using it now. It was a pain to take to restaurants, but love it for home!
