If you are willing to try a pumpkin cranberry bread my very favorite recipe comes from White Elephant Foundation. http://www.whiteelephantfoundation.com/ On the left-hand side is a link to the recipe under Donate Page but you don't have to donate to get the recipe. Once you click on the link it is on the left-hand side. The only edit I make is to use flour instead of sugar when preparing the loaf pan as it is plenty sweet enough by itself. I bought some from people supporting the charity once and ate half of it in one sitting. I did not expect to like it that much.

A lady from my work brought in the above recipe several years ago and I have made it every year since.
I make it in loaves, but she made it in a bundt pan, and served with a fluff/cinnamon cream cheese mix in the middle, that you dipped the bread into. It was amazing!

I promise neither of these will steer you wrong. They both freeze really well, too. (Also, for the muffins, I sub chocolate chips for the cranberries. Hehe.)

It's not fancy, but the tastiest pumpkin bread/muffin recipe is the one on the Libby's pumpkin can! Always perfect. I like to add a cinnamon glaze!

Maine Pumpkin Cake
15 oz pumpkin puree
4 eggs
½ c vegetable oil
½ c butter
2 c white sugar
3.5 c flour
2 tsp baking soda
1.5 tsp salt
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp ginger
couple shakes cinnamon
Bundt pan, 50 minutes at 350
Browned butter icing
4T butter, browned
2 cups confectioner’s sugar
vanilla
a few tablespoons of milk
This is an awesome recipe. You can make it your own with altering the spices to your heart's content. You can also substitute some brown sugar or add a little molasses.
The browned butter icing (really a glaze) puts it over. the. top.
