This! Prep it the night before, let it sit overnight in the fridge. Bake it in the morning.

A friend gave me this recipe. Super easy and so good!
Ingredients:
12 eggs
2 cups milk
12 ounces grated cheddar cheese
1 pound sausage
1 pound bacon
8-10 frozen hash brown patties
Line an large baking dish with frozen hash browns. Sprinkle hash browns with fried, drained, and crumbled sausage and bacon. Whisk together eggs and milk; pour over meat and hash browns. Top with grated cheddar cheese. Best if prepared the night before and refrigerated. Cook at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour until set/slightly brown on top.

This is a super easy recipe my aunt made once that we've recreated many times; it works with really any kind of veggies!
The Fabulous 24-hour Omelet
1 load challah or other rough textured bread, such as 1/2 challah, 1/2 whole wheat
8 eggs
1 lb. shredded cheese (you choose flavor - swiss, cheddar, jack, etc.)
4/3 lb. sliced mushrooms
1 large onion chopped
1 green or red pepper chopped
2 cups milk
1 stick melted butter or margarine (made of veg. oil)
3/4 teasp. dry mustard
1/2 teasp. salt
1 Tablesp. chives or chopped green scallion and go liberal
dash of pepper
Tear bread into chunks and spread evenly in 13 x 9 rectangle cooking pan coated with non-stick spray.
Pour melted butter/marg. over the pan. Sprinkle with the grated cheese. Saute veggies with olive oil and spread over cheese.
Beat together eggs, milk, and rest of seasonings & pour egg mixture on top of pan. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.
Bake covered with foil at 325 Degrees for 50 minutes. Uncover and cook until slightly browned, another 10 minutes.

This is what we make:
6 Eggs
2 Cups Cheddar
2 Cups Milk
6 Slices of Bread torn uo
1# sausage browned
1 T Dried Mustard
Stir it all together, place in 9x13 the night before. In the morning, bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour.
So yummy and easy!
We have a sour cream coffee cake recipe that I serve it with.

This recipe is really heavy on the syrup, I just drizzle it over the eggs/dough before I bake it, and just use milk instead of heavy cream.

This is our go-to holiday/birthday/special occasion breakfast. I make it with the Jimmy Dean Maple sausage roll and cook the filling and prep it the night before. Wake up and throw it in the oven in the morning. It's super easy and looks nice too.
