When do you exercise while BFing? I am finally thinking about possibly working out again someday in the near future, and am having trouble figuring out when a good time is.

I'm a WOHM so I only get to nurse her 2x a day, morning and before bed.

I could maybe hit up some of the 5:30 AM workout classes at the gym, but LO STTN and my boobs would be totally full if I go to workout before she wakes up in the morning. And if I pump before I leave, then we'd only be nursing 1x a day? That is depressing.

We get home from work/daycare around 630 PM. I guess I could nurse her right then and workout after that? But on those days I suppose DH would be on baby duty and I wouldn't get to spend much time with her before she goes to bed.

What do you do?
