I change it up a bit so that I don't get bored. I need to get back into a routine now.

I do a lot of yoga, and it was nice to be able to continue that throughout the pregnancy. I will get back into this soon.

My Y just added a new class, Mat Pilates and I REALLY want to try it. A lot of celebs do pilates and swear by it for flat stomachs and hard abs

I used to do 3-5 miles on the elliptical, today I was exhausted after one, I'll have to work on my stamina now.

Squats, exercise ball crunches, lunges and a few free weight exercises as well.

Also started the C25K program this week, only done one session so far.
