Do you exercise? DH never got rid of my gym membership but I haven't worked out since before I was pregnant! LO is 11 months old so that is a long time to be out of the game. I want to get some regular workouts during the week, particularly because I see my weight loss has leveled off and is actually starting to go up now that I am no longer breastfeeding.
