I wore a sweater dress to work today. I love how it fits and feels but OMG what a PITA for breastfeeding (I had to breastfeed at daycare this morning) and pumping!! I am so glad I was wearing black leggings with my dress today so I wasn't showing everything...
If you are pumping or breastfeeding, do you wear dresses?

No, I never wear dresses anymore. And I really LOVE my dresses. I hate looking in the closet and not being able to wear 60% of what's in there. LO is 11 months old and I never thought I'd BF for this long! I'm starting to get antsy to reclaim my wardrobe.

Nope, I wasn't able to wear dresses for a year. Occasionally, I would wear a wrap dress that was easy enough to pull down.

I do if I can either pull them down or if I wear leggings. I wore one to church this Sunday and wore maternity leggings so I would be more covered when I had to nurse her.

I tried once and I pretty much had to strip when I pumped, which was really uncomfortable.

While on maternity leave (summer) I wore a few dresses that were streatchy enough to wear and BF. I've worn dresses to weddings or other special occasions, but I didn't get dressed until after I've pumped, and took off the dress as soon at it was time to pump again.
There is no way I could wear a dress to work because I'd have to completely undress to pump and I'm just not comfortable doing that at work.

@mediagirl: I'll never forget the day I went to work and tried to pump wearing a dress! I ended up stuffing the horns down the neck, haha

I was able to wear wrap style dresses while pumping at work. I would wear a cami underneath and pull that up while pumping. It was pretty convenient. But that was the only style dress I could make work. I also wore skirt/top combos with a button front top.

I wear dresses to work while pumping, some of them I can pull down but some I just have to lift up, I usually drape a scarf across my lap to stay warm! But I never wear dresses on the weekend/evening if I can't BF easily in them. I guess my thought is pumping I do in private anyway, so I don't care if I have to get half naked, but since I'll BF in public I need something less crazy.

Yes but only with buttons so I can BF without stripping off. Love dresses, so comfy and easy to pull on in the mornings. Plus it makes me feel more dressy and like I mad an effort!

After DS was born I put away anything that I couldn't breastfeed in. I have some dresses that can be pulled down or with an opening. I slowly built up my wardrobe with bf-friendly clothes.
Now he's just weaned, so I'm strangely liberated to wear whatever without worry about access. (Except now I'm pregnant and nothing fits! lol)

YES but I'm of the pull down camp so I get V neck dresses that can pull down (or tube dresses with a cardigan).
