So work is doing a Biggest Loser competition and we need to put in challenges for food and exercise that will be drawn each week to complete.
So far I have:
- Eat 1 fruit or veggie with every meal
- Drink 8 glasses of water a day
- No "dessert" for 3 days.
- Eat 1 clean meal a day (no frozen, boxed meals)
- Move your body for at least 1 hour a day (walk, run, dance, workout vid etc etc.)
Anyone have any ideas for more challenges? I'm sure there will be duplicates and I want to submit things that are different from the average.
