who does your LO look like?
i am 100% korean and dh is 50/50 german/polish, but has gotten numerous comments that he himself looks "mixed/half" with asian, so i'm pretty sure DS will look more asian than caucasian...

L is 100% Korean, so she's pretty boring, but I had several half Korean friends growing up. I thought that more of them tended to look Asian (dark hair, dark eyes, etc) than Caucasian.

@chopsuey119: bahaha he gets that a lot. when my brother knew that dh wanted to propose; he said he was going to use that as a backup to our appa (tell him he's half korean, if he seemed against giving approval) LOLOLOL.

I love mixed babies, they are always so cute! One of my good friends is Korean and her DH is caucasian, and they are both good looking... I always think their future LO will be really cute!

Nobody can pin my daughter down. I get Tongan/Pacific Islander the most... but all kinds of guesses.

Well, you've seen plenty of pictures of my kid! But here's another
He's got his Dad's nose and (somewhat) eyes, but my hair, mouth, cheeks, and chin. And he is considerably lighter-skinned then his dad, but still a shade or two darker than me. -

Baby is 1/2 Korean, 1/2 Chinese but she definitely looks like me (Korean)...but that might be because she has big eyes without the double eyelid!

I'm Korean and my husband is white but people think he's half Asian a lot. I think our LO looks more Asian than white...you can't tell in photos but she has dark blue/grey eyes

olive and charlie are 1/2 korean, 1/4 japanese, and 1/4 white. to most people charlie looks asian, but most asian people can tell he has a little bit of something else. olive looks 100% asian.
1/2 asian babies look more asian when they're born, but tend to look more mixed as they get older.

Awww! LOVE mixed babies! We have quite a few in our families! I always tell DH that we will have the odd "boring" kid(s) because she will be 100% chinese.

asher is 1/2 chinese and 1/2 caucasian... people generally say he looks like his dad (caucasian)! I 100% agree!

I'm 100% Vietnamese and hubs is 75% German/25% English (although my FIL always says we are "100% American") and I think C looks totally Asian.

DS is 1/2 Caucasian and 1/2 African American but he sort of looks Mexican.

So many cute babies! DH is 50/50 Portuguese & English, I'm Swedish, Scottish & Irish - and soooo many people ask of my husband is Asian when they see LO! (Obviously only if he isn't with us, because its obvious he isn't). The LC that came over said she had exotic eyes!

I'm only 25% korean, and people can tell I'm "something" and say I have an exotic look, but they can't quite pin it down. I don't live in a diverse area. I'm sure our baby will lose all physical traits, but I hope she keeps the almond eyes and good asian skin genes I inherited from my mom! And loves kimchi as much as I do

I'm caucasian (irish & french) but my hubby is native american and italian. At first, my son looked more like my husband but now he looks like me.

I should actually say that there is a whole group of people who say that M looks just like me. It's true that we both have dark hair, almond eyes and olive skin... And while I love the comment, I don't really think it's true!

It's thread is full of ridiculously cute babies! My LO is mixed (1/2 Chinese and 1/2 Caucasian) so I am probably really biased when I say mixed babies are the cutest!
When my LO was born everyone said he looked really Caucasian. Now a lot of people see more Asian in him or they can tell he is mixed.

@Revel: I was obsessed with looking up mixed Filipino babies when I was pregnant! But all the pictures I found looked different from each other, except for the light skin tone. When are you due?

@Crumbs: I've been looking up pictures too! There does seem to be a lot of variation. I know a few 1/2 filipinos and some of SOs family is 1/2 and I like to think they're all very attractive, so I'm confident in a very cute LO, hahaha.
I'm due June 1 so I have a ways to go

I'm 100% Chinese but my husband is 50% Korean and 50% Irish/Polish but he looks more Caucasian. Our son definitely looks Asian but I've been out with just him and full Asian strangers can somehow tell he's mixed (maybe because of his skin coloring?)
