* I have to preface this by saying how adorable my DH was the other night. He asked me, "Do we send out birth announcements once Kaitlyn is here?" And I told him, "Yes, we're going to use the pricey Newborn photography pics we paid for!" He seemed pleased and told me "You should give me the envelopes so I can start addressing them all." So cute right?! But of course, we'd have to have them ordered already to address them, so it won't happen now.

That led me to look into some birth announcements on Minted.com and they are like $1.63/each! I don't want Costco-quality cards, but we'll probably order at least 100 cards, so I think Minted is so pricey!

If you did photo birth announcement cards,
1) Where did you order from & about how much were they?
2) How long did it take for you to get your pics, order, and get the announcement cards?
