Debating on what color to get for our stroller, as much as i love the black...the newest model only seems to come with the black frame and ive heard it scratches very easily?

a friend has the black and black and I've not noticed any scratches, although I've never thought to look for them. I DO notice the black on black all the time though, and LOVE the look

We have black on black and I LOVE it. We haven't had any problems with it scratching. I definitely notice the black frames more than the other ones and I see that other brands (baby jogger city select) have come out with a black on black version now too.
Do it!!!

I have the UBV black on black - LOVE the look! I had managed to get a couple of scratches over the past year. Always because I've had to overstuff my tiny trunk. Both scratched by metal on metal. Other than that - it's been pretty tough and scratch resistant.

You can always rub a little black marker onto it, too. or a laquer of some kind

I would worry about the stroller getting too hot before I would worry about scratches. If you live anywhere with a hot climate I would probably go with something other than black.

We have the black on black B Ready, which DH *insisted* we get after seeing the UBV. He calls it the ninja stroller. (We maybe need an :eye roll: emoticon...) No scratches. But interestingly, we used to have a silver frame and it had a ton of scratches - that's why we got a new stroller!
Re: the black inside. Everyone said it would get too hot (we live in a super hot, humid climate), but the thing is that all the colors seem to have a black/dark seat, so the canopy color isn't really the problem when it comes to heat retention.

We have the black on black UBV and there are no visible scratches, at least none that I've seen. It actually looks really clean and hardly used. It's always in the trunk of my car and I always remove the seat from the frame before putting it into the car seat so everything lies flat. I think the silver would show scratches more than black.

Both the silver and black frames show scratched - the black frame shows silver scratches and the silver frame shows black scratches. I have the all-black Vista and it looks great after a year.
