My lochia had stopped, but is back now. It's bright red. Not too heavy. I've had some pain on one side. Is this normal, or my period? Or something to be concerned about?

Have you been taking it easy still? I was told it can start back up if you are pushing your activity. I started to have clots because I was pushing it and lifting the carseat with LO in it. And I had pain on one side for a whole week after tthe bleeding stopped.

My bleeding didn't fully stop until 6 weeks, though it tried a few times before that. Unfortunately, every time I'd try to take a short walk, or did too much housework, it would start right back up. Have you been pushing yourself at all?

It could also come back heavier for a few days and then stop according to my OB. Mine has finally stopped now at 6 weeks.
