So I got the all clear from the doc to resume normal activity, and was told some bleeding could come up if I did a lot of moving around, but I guess I wasn't expecting bright red? It's not heavy and goes away in about a day and a half or so, but I'm a wee bit concerned. Is this normal, or did I over-do it? Everything else feels ok...

Or, dare I say....it might be AF?

@Mrs. Taco: I'm not opposed to the idea of it being my period, except that this is the 2nd time it has happened and it's so short lived. I'm also on the pill for over a week now. O.o

That happened to me for months. Drove me crazy.

Same thing happened to me. I bled off & on until 9 weeks, I think. Honestly, I thought AF had returned, but my midwives said it was just my uterus continuing to heal.

I would just say that it is from over doing it. If it persists I would call your doctor. My bleeding was completely done by 8 weeks.

I say normal as the same happened to me. I think sometime between 8-12 weeks was when the bleeding quit rushing out when I did extra moving and actually subsided.
