DH and I eat like kings. We love buying local, seasonal, and organic. We try fancy, complex recipes several times a week, and try to eat relatively clean.

However, we have to learn to cut costs when it comes to our grocery bill, especially with baby on the way. I have recently become a fan of http://www.budgetbytes.com, but we've made most of the more desirable meals from that particular food blog, and would like more ideas.

Anyone know of any resources or blogs for healthy meals on the cheap side? Most of the sites I've found have suggested budget meals like nacho casserole, or cheeseburger pizza. While I'm sure the aforementioned would hit the spot on occasion, those type of meals sound far too unhealthy for our family, on the every day.

Thanks!
