I am diving into BLW now that DD is 6 months. We have been doing some BLW since she was 4.5 months but only every few days and only a fruit or veggie. So far she has had sweet potato, banana, avocado, and peas. She is really starting to chew and actually eat the food so we are now giving it to her 1 x per day as of last week instead of every few days. Here are my questions.
1. When do I start giving her more complex food? Instead of just a veggie/fruit.
2. When should I start feeding her more then once per day?
3. What do you do in restuarants? Do you feed your LO the food?
4. Should I be worried about giving her dairy products?
5. How do I start giving her smoothies and when should I start?
6. How did you introduce meat?
7. Is fish ok?

This is all new to me as I did purees with DS.
