This is more of a discussion than anything since my husband and i already passed this requirement (barely!). But as some may know, many countries require you have under a certain bmi to qualify to adopt. For korean adoption, it is the lowest at 30.

Bmi is an extremely antiquated way to determine health and body composition, as it only takes into consideration height and weight. So, drew brees (qb for the saints) would "fail" this test to adopt in korea.

I'm a size 10 and my husband is a waist size 36. But we both lift heavy weights and are generally athletically built. He scraped by with 2 lbs to spare but i made it by just a little more, however we both were "categorized" as overweight.

Thoughts on this seemingly ridiculous requirement?
