The Santa Ana winds (a warm, dry wind that kicks up TONS of allergens) have started and it took all I could muster to keep LO shielded while I was getting blinded by stray bits myself, on our walk today. Looked up getting a sun shield or bug shield for our BOB.

Our issue is that it is still usually pretty warm here in SoCal (and we're taking it to Hawaii), so I don't want a shield that gets too hot.and stuffy. And DD wants to be able to SEE. She hates being covered by the blanket. I'd love the UV shield, but not sure how breathable it is. Reviews seem mixed.

Anyone have a shield and/or can recommend one? Did you use a BOB specific one, or is a cheaper alternative a good fit?
