Do you boil pacis when you buy new ones ?

Yes. I boil the old pacis about every few weeks after that. I probably should boil them more, but whenever they get on the floor they are washed with hot water and dish soap.

Yup boil new ones. And then pop them in the microwave sterilizing bags once a week or so.

Yep, I sterilize new ones. They get washed by hand or in the dishwasher after that.

No, either dishwasher or microwave steam bags. I've never bothered to boil anything!

@coacheswife123: For the first few weeks we actually just kept a big stock pot out on the stove. When a paci would drop or get dirty, we would throw it in the dirty pot. Every day or so we would just fill it up with water and boil watever was in there. This worked great for pump parts too!

Yep, and a handwash every few days or so if not sooner . . . LO loves to spit them out while in transit around the house.

We have the big Tupperware-looking thingy that you put water in the bottom of and put pacis, bottles, pump parts, etc, in and then pop it into the microwave for 2mins. It's super easy..

I micro steam everything with the Medela micro steam bags.
