Would you prefer to read a real book or an e-book?
If it's a reference book, I prefer the real thing. If it's a novel, I prefer an e-book.

For the most part I'll choose e-books. If I really like the book, I'll get a paper copy to keep.

I have only ever read an actual book...but may get an e-reader eventually.

See if I am looking something up there is no way I would look for a real book. Thumbing through a dictionary, no way! The "Find" feature is key for reference searches so electronic is the way to go.

e-book unless it's a reference or cookbook.

I like both and read both book book and e-books, but along the lines of others reference books are always the real thing.
