Wasn't sure which category to put this in but since I received it as a gift it's going into "gifts and registries."

So I received two of Boppy's organic pea slipcovers when I had my first son (over 3 years ago) and last week the zipper got totally stuck and my husband and I could not get it open! We pretty much tried everything short of cutting it out! And then today I decided to email Boppy and someone got back to me right away and is going to send me a replacement AND it's already ready for UPS to be picked up. All of this within a couple of hours. I am impressed and super happy with their customer service. Super fast and didn't think they would replace it. Okay, maybe secretly I did, but I really didn't know what else they could do? I have two so that when one is in the wash I can still use the other.

Anyway, thought I'd share my experience if anyone has the same problem with their Boppy zippers.
