Have you ever taken boudoir photos? I haven't but I sure wish I did before I popped out my baby!

I did as a wedding gift for Hubs. Never felt sexier or more confident!

I didn't have them professionally done, but I did a DIY session myself. It was right after we got married, we were TTC, and I was hoping I'd be pregnant very soon, I'd never felt physically better about myself, and I wanted photographic proof that I was once young and hot, lol.
The pictures weren't the greatest quality (being done myself with a timer and a crappy point and shoot camera) but DH loves them, and so do I.

I did them and had mixed reactions to the whole thing. I did it as part of a photographer's marathon so I only got 1 hour of shooting and some pictures were great, but some were just ok and I feel like some could have been made better with some photoshop but weren't. DH loved what he saw though and I guess that's what counts!

I never did them because I the thought of my kids stumbling upon them one day freaks me out, haha.

Doing them next week cause we're TTC and I want them first. Anyone who has links to nice ones I can use for inspiration (friend photog), I would love that!

I did them for my husband on our first wedding anniversary. I'm definitely glad I did them pre-baby but I hope to do some again in a few more years and build some self confidence back up again.

Yes, as a wedding gift...one of the best decisions I ever made! Hubs loved it, and I have never felt better! Took some champagne to loosen up but I couldn't recommend it more!! I am sooo happy I will always have those photos!

I did them. Right after we got married for our first Valentine's day. They are now in our bedroom. I never old my mom and she will probably freak if she sees them, but I love th and so does Hubby. I look hot and I'm proud of them.
it is a confidence booster that's for sure.

I haven't done any and my husband has asked me not to because he's not comfortable with the idea of me acting/dressing that way in front of a photographer. I want to respect his wishes on the issues so it won't happen.

I like the idea and so does DH, but it won't happen because we are just terrified that one day our kids or families will see or find them. And I am so not okay with that. I would NEVER want to see photos of my mom or sister or any other relative like that!

I did them for the hubby when we exchanged gifts at our wedding. I was nervous about taking them (they were part of my wedding package and when I googled what boudoir meant, I thought they were coming early to take pictures of me getting ready for the wedding. Not sexy pictures. Oops!), but when I saw the proofs and made the album. OMG! For the first time ever, I felt sexy and confident in my body. Felt like the session was more for me than the hubby. He was dumbfounded I did a boudoir because I'm always so quiet and reserved. I am so happy I did them though. Fantastic misunderstanding of boudoir on my behalf. Ha!

I was going to do them for hubby last year, but didn't get a chance to get together with my photog friend... then we got pregnant. So I will def use it as motivation post partum to get back into shape and do these one day
it is a confidence booster that's for sure.
