Where do you like to shop for cotton pajamas for boys for summertime? I have loved the Carter's sets from Target up through 5T-they came with a t-shirt, wide leg pants, and loose shorts. Now that my boys are in boys' sizing--size 6--I'm not sure where to turn!

Carters has those same sets in the boys section!

Carters online is my go to ... you can always get a good deal if you watch for sales and sometimes free shipping (or free ship to store whenever if you have one - then you don’t have to worry about the selection or sizes that day)

@Eminthevalley: carters goes up to size 8 but if your looking for a new option check out primary - my DS loves their pjs

My son is in size 7, we do a combo of Carters via the outlet, Gymboree or shorts from walmart and tee shirts (we buy the packs of white ones and I let him tie dye them).
