Since Target has the Britax Marathon on sale I was considering getting it for our car. We need a second car seat but it has to be something that will fit in a small car.
Does anyone here have this car seat and a small car and still recommend it? My husband drives a focus.

We have a Civic and we have a Blvd and Marathon in the back seat! We had both seats RFing for 17 months.

We have the Marathon and I have a Corolla. We never rear faced in my Corolla but will do so soon for my second son. We really like it and it has great reviews. The only thing I would say is that it is wide so if you plan on having more children it may get tight in the back seat.

@autumnlove: @Canoli: Thank you for the advice ladies! We are about to have twins but we primarily just need DH to have the ability to pick up our son from daycare. We're going to attempt always using our pilot when we need to transport all 3 - so hopefully this will work for now.

@marionberry: I'm not sure if you already bought it, but we had a Marathon rear-facing in the center seat of my 2008 Focus with no problems!
