This is what I am planning to make for a brunch. 4 adults and one 7 yr old.

Lox w/ dill and red onion cream cheese on pumpernickel
Shrimp & grits (scampi style shrimp, cheese grits)
Mushroom & bacon quiche (Pioneer woman)
Mixed green salad w/ champagne vinaigrette
Pastry or Veg/ Fruit Bread?
Berry bruschetta? (Berries atop marscapone on raisin bread)
