My 10 month old has little tiny bumps on her thighs. I noticed them last night and they still look the same 24 hours later. Any idea what it is?

Have you tried any new detergent? Food?

C has rough skin with teeny bumps on her legs and the ped said its dry skin. He recommended putting aquaphor on it twice a day, but I don't always remember.

@Smurfette: I forgot that we did laundry at the in laws over the holidays. I can't remember what detergent we used. Darn mommy brain. I saw that day care gave her strawberries today which was a new food but the bumps were there before that. We did several new foods in our travels last week but nothing in the two days or so before the bumps.
Oh, the weather has been nice and day care said they went outside yesterday and today. I wonder if they used her sunblock. She hasn't used it before. So many new things!
