Has anyone done this or is starting to do it? I had started like two to three weeks before I got pregnant and stopped because my knee was hurting so bad plus I just couldn't keep it up while pregnant. I'm starting to do it again today and I really hope to finish it this time so I can run better and (hopefully) lose weight in the process.

Anyone else out there wanting to start it or maybe anyone who's finished it and can share their results/story?
