I wouldn't... Instead, wait until you're offered the job and ask about it while you're negotiating the terms. You can always reject the job if you're aren't happy with the situation.

Sure you can ask, but I would wait. I think the first interview is for learning about the job, and a second interview or job offer is a the time for more detailed questions like that.

I would wait until you actually get hired. You could always turn the job down if you're not satisfied/comfortable with the pumping situation. I'm also using pumping as an excuse for not job hunting even though I'm over my current job lol
