I can't believe it's almost been a year since the last blog post and the boards went rogue, becoming the only active element of this website. At least I no longer check to see if there's a new blog post. 
I did that for a loooong time. I just wanted to say that it's nice that some of us are still around.

Yeah it’s weird. I don’t consider myself an old-timer, but I’ve been here almost 8 years. It isn’t what it used to be, but there was also that weird period when there were a lot of queen bee-personalities, a little mean-girl behavior, a whole lot of consumerism (which, I mean…I get there will be some on a parenting board), some cliquishness. But there were also a lot of people giving good advice and it was a great place for a new mom back then.

Yeah, I still check the blog once in awhile. I'm still very disappointed that it's dead. I'm so happy the boards are still here though!

I have popped in and out for the past 5.5 years (whoa)--I am so appreciative of this community. Honestly I never got into the blogs much, but I've learned so much from the boards!

Chiming in as a blogger- there's been zero activity on the blogger page (no responses to questions re: blog posts or publishing or anything) so I'm pretty sure the Bees aren't even checking in anymore. There was plenty of interest from bloggers about writing but we never got a response on whether posts will be published so it all fizzled out.

It makes me so sad! I loved the blogs. I do wonder about the Bee's and how they are these days also. I hope they're doing well.

@Mrs. Carrot: That is so disappointing. After everything the bloggers gave this website, I think that you deserve the simple courtesy of an email from the Bees stating that they're not continuing with the blog (or website in general).
