I hear great things about paleo making you feel better and weight loss, but I'm up against two things here: nursing, which I won't be stopping any time soon, and DH, who wouldn't go fully paleo ever.
I wondered if you could tell me (if you're paleo) what the easiest changes you made were, what the most beneficial changes you made were, and the differences they made? What are some easy things to switch up but still make a difference?
