We got an item shipped to us today from our registry with no info card on it. I don't have it on my Amazon registry, and actually thought I marked it purchased on my BRU myself. The item didn't come with a card or info or anything! The shipping label only has some distribution center info, not noting Amazon or BRU or who purchased it. Anyone else have experience with something like this? I need to figure out who & where it came from! Thanks!

I have a friend who this happened to and she took a pic of the items and posted it in Facebook. She figured out who it was from!

@Bao: I might just have to. I finally found on one of the tiny labels and confirmed it's through Toys R Us so I guess I will have to call.
@matador84: I'm thinking of doing this, but it could also be from an older family member who isn't on FB (the item is like $165!)

Nope. You can log into registry rewards if you have it and its linked to your registry and it will show you what shop a purchase was made at, but online purchases are more vague and anonymous. Sorry!

I have a lot of out of state friends so I got a to. Of shipments from BRU off of my registry. For dad I couldn't figure out who they were from but then after *thoroughly* reading the receipt, I figured it out. It is not anonymous...it does tell you who got it, it's just super hard to find.

@TurtleDoves: Was your "receipt" on the outside? I got a swing and it's just the whole box with a few stickers on the outside. I'm wondering if I have to open the manufacturer taped box?
