Hellobee Boards

DH and I both regularly fall asleep with DD while we're puting her down, but we realized doing that means she wakes up,more often with nightmares. I think it's because she wakes up in the middle of the night scared that we left her. So now we're working on leaving her room before she falls asleep. In order to leave her room without her crying, the last three nights DH has told her he was stepping outside to make her an appointment with her doctor. For some reason she goes right to sleep after he tells her that and leaves the room. The only issue is that I worry we're encouraging her hypochondria.

Sometimes, but hardly ever. She just likes to visit. I don't try but Mr SH sometimes falls asleep while getting her settled for a nap.

I'm not sure... I've never tested it. He tosses and turns a lot before falling asleep and if he saw me he might get mad. lol

This morning though I let him sleep in our bed (first time in months) because it was the third or fourth (I lose track) time he woke up in the night... it was only an hour though and then he was awake.
