I usually do this for Charlie, but this morning he surprised me by doing it himself! It reminded me that I should stop helping him and let him ask for help if he needs it! Sometimes I forget he's not just a baby any more...
Can your LO pull their shirt over their head? Are you ever amazed by how fast your LO is growing up and becoming independent?

If I start putting a shirt over LO's head, she'll raise her hands to her head to try to get her head out.
I am amazed when I see LO doing real things like pointing to something she wants. Or, figuring out on her own how to crawl under a table and get herself out. SIGH.

DD can, but sometimes she still needs help; she does best with long dresses.
A couple weeks ago our daycare provider told me DD went potty all by herself; that was a big surprise for me since we always go with her to help her with her pants, to wash her hands, etc... I guess I wasn't reallypaying attention to the fact that she could go independently now!
