We are heading for some cottages for the weekend...just waiting for DH to finish packing up the car. There's 45 other family members going so it should be a fun time! It has been really gross weather the past few days here in the Maritimes but the sun is finally starting to come out. I hope it stays!

Unfortunately I have to go into the office to wrap up a project. Hoping to finish it this evening so I can enjoy some time to myself.

Hm. Not much. We might take the boys to the zoo... I'm just happy it's a long weekend and I can relax!

Oh that sounds lovely! I'm heading for an afternoon tea outing with some girlfriends on Monday. DH will be having A for a few hours. So excited for my tea and pretty cakes!

I managed to wrap up my project yesterday (thank G-d) and spent today doing a whole lot of planting flowers and veggies. Was nice to just enjoy a day before the insanity of the next month at work starts on Tuesday.

DH is actually working tomorrow (from home...having to make calls to the US) but I'm going over to my parents house with LO. We just came home from a BBQ at a friend's place tonight...

We went downtown yesterday for a family picnic and walk around parliament hill which was a lot of fun. Today we did nothing, tomorrow we are doing nothing... Tough to make too many plans with a newborn in tow!!!

just relaaaxxxxing! so glad.... LO and I just got back from flying across the country (to ottawa) and back for a 10 day visit with my parents/family.

@sslm: crazy!! I'm from NB - I didn't think there were any other Maritimers on here! We just had a big old fashioned kitchen party...Love living in this part of the country!
