I'm planning to order a linen ring sling from Sleeping Baby Productions when she reopens this weekend. I just can't decide on a color! Most of my clothes are blue, gray, black, berry/maroon, and dark green. So the "safe" choices for me would be seagrass or storm gray. But I think I want something a little more fun -- I'm really drawn to the emerald green and the two purples. Or maaaaybe the ocean turquoise. I can't get all of them, though! Help?!?!

We love our ring sling (Sakura Bloom) ... We got a dark green. I like it because my husband can carry baby, too, without feeling like he's wearing a girly carrier. So, my vote would be for the browns or grays.

@fussygal: ooh, wow! I ordered this afternoon, and it would be AWESOME if it came before LO and I leave this weekend for a visit to my parents...fingers crossed! What color rings do you wish you'd gone with? I think the silver will look great!
@BabyBoecksMom: I ended up getting turquoise with silver rings. I actually wrote the colors on slips of paper and drew one out of a bag. It was African violet but when I went to order, it said that color was out of stock! Boo. I decided against the darker colors because I want to use it when we're on vacation later this summer and it's going to be HOT and sunny, so I thought a somewhat lighter color wouldn't absorb the heat as much. I'm sure I'll love it, I just kind of wish I could have a dozen in various colors, haha.

@PurplePeony: The turquoise is so pretty - good choice! I was so close to picking the dark purple too but I worried it would absorb more heat, too. Great minds...
I think I'll like the silver but kinda wish I'd been more adventurous and picked green or blue. Actually I wish they matched the fabric exactly!

@fussygal: yeah, I had a bit of ring color angst, too. I don't think the two turquoises would have matched and it would have bothered me like none other. I wish the gold was gold-ier and not bright yellow, because I probably would have gone with that, but silver seemed like the only color I would be sure to like.
When yours arrives, please let me know what you think of it! And I'm going to be obsessively checking my email for a shipping notice, haha.
