Have you seen Target's new children's line called Cat & Jack? It will be replacing their Cherokee and Circo. So, first, most of the Cherokee and Circo stuff left is on super sale - run to Target now! And some of the Cat & Jack stuff is really cute. It's a lot of graphic tees and jeans.
I picked up a few things yesterday. I love how soft everything is. I wish the skirts were skorts, though!

We were at Target today, so I was excited to check it out! Our store doesn't have toddler sizes yet, but I liked the big kid stuff I saw for play clothes. I thought the boy stuff is a little boring compared to the girls!

I stopped by to check it out earlier this week but they didn't have much for toddlers (yet?). I really love the science and technology themed shirts on the website. I'm hoping they make some in toddler sizes (and hoping my DD will wear them).

So far I feel meh about it for the boys. I really liked Circo and Cherokee so I'm sad they are going. I did notice a pair of shoes I had in one of those brands is now being made under the Cat and Jack brand, so hoping the other styles stay similar.

I really liked their Circo line as far as fit goes, so I'm a lil sad it's going away! Cherokee runs big for me. How does the Cat & Jack line fit compared to Circo and Cherokee??

Has anyone bought any of the toddler stuff yet? I usually found the Cherokee brand to run a little big and the Circo to run small so I'm wondering whether to size up.

@peachykeen: I used to size down in Cherokee (my four year old can still wear 2T tops, and my 2 year old still has an 18 month top and 12 month old dress that pretty much fit) and bought true to age size in Cat & Jack (only tops so far). My girls are very skinny, but as of recently are average height or slightly taller, if that helps.

I bought a Cat and Jack infant outfit for a baby shower gift. It was a pair of baby yoga pants and matching top, so cute to match her activewear-loving mom! The quality seems to vary. One of the onesies I looked at was very stiff to the touch. I have looked through Girls size stuff and was not impressed. It looked terrible on the hanger (things are just cuter in smaller sizes, is my conclusion).

I just bought a few things for my toddler (a dress and a set with long sleeve shirt and pants). They are obviously not the highest quality (fabric in particular is quite thin) but they are cute and I think they will work for fall. If they fall apart, I will test out their 1 year guarantee.

I bought the space tee and the pink leggings on the left for my niece in 4T. They also had a cute girl's dinosaur tee. The pj's on the right are Carter's Just One You. I took this pic to show my SIL.
I thought all of the Cat & Jack clothes were super cute, and even if they don't hold up well they were pretty cheap. I thought the baby clothes were cuter than the toddler clothes. The leggings were $5.00 and the space tee was $7.99.

Overall I really like the line and the website has a ton of options, a lot more than my local store. I like that the clothes don't look like mini adult clothes just fun and age appropriate. I just wish there was less glitter on the clothing. I would buy so many things if not for the glitter.

@catgirl: agreed! Why do girls' play clothes all have glitter on them? Carters is the same way for toddler girls.

@catgirl: @futuremama: I bought DD the bright pink tutu without realizing how glittery it was. Of course she wanted to wear it the next day to the zoo. We left a trail of glitter through the zoo, my car, the stroller, all over the house. I'm going to have to wash it by itself because I don't want it depositing glitter on all of her other clothes!
