I'm in Victoria.... Not too far from Austin or Houston... Or San Antonio... Or Corpus! Lol (they call Victoria the cross roads)
I did grow up in Austin though & am very familiar with the area.

(Pardon brief thread jack. I looked because I grew up in Texas.) @Bookworm: I didn't know there were bees in College Station! I can't imagine how much it's changed since I've been there last.

@Espion: it's changed SO much just in the 6 years I've lived here. Downtown Bryan is full of new bars and music venues, and there are high rise apartment buildings going up on Northgate. It's crazy!
