We temp at 6:30 everyday and I know that we are fortunate to not have to do it earlier. What time do you temp? Do you do it everyday?

6:30am everyday. I dont chart my temp during AF "visits". Start back up first day AF is gone.

When I charted it was at 6:15 every morning.

6:30 for me too, but i'm in a season of waking up later, so i considered changing it. but at this point, i wake up with my alarm, temp and fall right back asleep.

7:00 for me. I'm not very strict though, and on weekends it's often around 9:00.

I was doing it at 7am. I am taking a break for a bit and I'm glad because I just started having to wake up at 4:30 several days a week to take my husband to work. If I had to wake up that early on my days off I would be unhappy.

4am- I also take my thyroid meds at that time. I need a good 3 hours before consuming food/dairy so 4am is perfect so I can get my morning coffee by 7. I should mention i usually am in bed before 11 *cough before 10*

Oh, I go back to sleep obviously after my 4am routine

I temp at 6am but I only temp in the week before O and until AF shows up (and I don't always temp in the weekends of the TWW)

I temp at 5:00 am because that's when I get up to go to work. Oh, the joys of baking for a living. Its kind of annoying on my days off/days when I work later, to still wake up that early, but like @parkerhaus, I fall right back asleep.

6:15am for me...really sucks on the weekends! Especially if the temp isn't what I want, and I can't fall back to sleep.

6:00, but I haven't temped at all this cycle because I keep sleeping through my reminder on my phone - need to set it as an alarm instead so I have to shut it off!
