So I'm probably going to make mini cheesecakes for Thanksgiving and I'm wondering what kinds I should make! The last time I did this, I did four flavors: chocolate, pumpkin, chocolate chip, and raspberry swirl.
Suggestions please?

I vote chocolate with peanut butter chips on top and chocolate drizzle.

@sheskrafty: @Smurfette: Two votes for chocolate and peanut butter! Sounds like a Reese's, yum! Hubs loves Reese's, so I wonder if he's like this. He currently wants me to make chocolate raspberry swirl, but I wonder if he's prefer peanut butter!

@Mrs. Lemon-Lime: I'll try to remember when I get home to find the recipes! But in general, I made a plain cheesecake and then divide into four and add in the extras to make the flavors.

@Smurfette: They are AWESOME! But can be a little complicated if you're making multiple flavors since you have to buy all the stuff for multiple flavors and then divide down so that it comes out right!

So I ended up totally slacking on this and just went with the flavors I'm familiar with already! They were Pumpkin, Chocolate Chip, Plain, and Chocolate Raspberry Swirl.

@Greentea: haha, thank you!!! I'm actually really happy with how they turned out! The Chocolate Raspberry ones actually LOOK terrible (the raspberry tends to make the whole thing sink in the middle, so I covered up some major holes with actual raspberries), but tastes great! I feel so fancy when I pull off stuff like this, although it took FOREVER to make!!
