Never been, but I've heard of it! It's crazy!!!

North Texas (specifically the Gaylord Texan) has Chinese ice sculpturers come every Fall to cut out themed ice sculptures for Christmas for a thing called ICE! Last year's theme was the Nutcracker, year before was Shrek, year before was Madagascar, etc. It's so cool and they even build slides made of ice that you can slide on while you're walking through viewing the ice scupltures.
