Sienna's baptism is coming up (in 1 month) and I had purchased a lacelet dress when I was pregnant thinking she was going to wear it for the occasion. Now that I think of it, I wonder if it's not "baptism-y" enough.
Basically it's a white lacelet dress with pink pinstripe bow and border at the bottom of the dress with an integrated ruffle skirt inside. We are having a vintage tea themed baptism and I think it could work, but now seeing what actual "christening" dresses look like... I'm not so sure anymore.
Plus, My BFF aka Sienna's godmother, asked if I had something in mind for her dress because by tradition the godmother buys it. But now, I have a dress, not sure it's good enough and I haven't really done any other research.
All I know is that I don't want to have an overally extravagant dress or those super duper long ones. Help?!
Where should I look for dresses, I started checking on Etsy. For something a little more original.
