For the last couple of years, the hubs and I have not gotten Christmas presents for each other because we've wanted to save money but this year we want to bring gift-giving back but I have no idea what to ask for. I need gift ideas. What are some things you guys want?

My early Christmas present this year was a Breville Smart Oven. I'm obsessed with it. I never want to use my big oven because I'm afraid my kids will burn themselves on it (we have a very nosy 18 month old) and it was time to replace our old beater toaster oven anyway.
If I didn't already have a Keurig in my office, I would ask for a Nespresso Innissia - they are on a good sale these days.
Pretty much anything in Merino wool is my jam this time of year.
A pair of booties.
A Barefoot Dreams cardigan.

A winter hat. Maybe one of those with a fur poof? Are those too basic?
I don't know what else. LO2 is arriving at Xmas so I don't really foresee much me time in the near future. Maybe new jeans WHEN (not if) I lose the baby weight.

@wrkbrk: ahhgood to know. I'm going to maoe DH wait anyway...I can't tell if my fingers are swollen (I'm 36 weeks) and I'd hate to get it and then have it be loose or the wrong size. So I think I'm going to wait feb or so to go in and try them on. I don't even know what my ring size is. Haha. Do you keep in on 24-7 @wrkbrk: ?

@Littlebit7: No bc it literally doesn’t fit!! Lol. My wedding ring is a 5 so we ordered the trinity in a 5 and I feel like it should have been a 6 but it’s already engraved with initials so I can’t exchange lol.

I'm asking for a necklace with both of our girl's birthstones (I'm currently in labor with DD2, yay!), maybe a Kate Spade gift card, and maybe a letter board. I say maybe because we haven't really decided if we are doing presents between the two of us this year...although I already bought him (us) concert tickets.

@golizzzard: I don't know...the maya brenner ticks my boxes as far as the size and subtlety of an initial necklace. I like that you can mail it back to them to add another letter or something (or diamond!) later on. They also offer a chain extender since sometimes I like a really small short necklace but sometimes I want something a tiny bit longer. They are certainly popular. Not that I do what celebrities do..but I've seen them in a lot of photos and they always look so sweet and polished.
