I have no idea what we'll do tomorrow. Maybe Chinese food? Christmas Day I'll be making sushi and spring rolls. My husband is on a pretty strict diet this year so we can't have our normal menu of turkey, potatoes, veggies and rolls.

Turkey! It's being brined right now. Haven't figured out our sides yet though.

Christmas Eve is always tamales (Arizona tradition) with rice and beans (no way was I making them this year, so I went to the farmer's market and got some frozen). Our other tradition is to warm up some Gluwein (German mulled wine) in the crockpot and drink it while walking around the neighborhood and looking at the luminarias the neighbors set out.
Christmas dinner we bought a few slices of Honeybaked Ham. With yeasty biscuits, mashed potatoes, and not sure what else yet. Also Great Lakes Christmas Ale that we imported from Cleveland.
