Thanks ladies. I'm happy to report that she fell asleep after only 25 minutes of crying. They were 25 long minutes but if it means she will sleep better during naps and at night this will all be worth it!

@betsyboop: its very hard! thats what i always told myself the first few night were the hardest and it would get better. sadly, it only got worse, i really think bc of teething tho. needless to say we quit sleep training, will try again at a later time!

Yes, CIO is incredibly hard on mama, but once they are trained it is GLORIOUS! And then LO may go to bed with no tears whatsoever.
