For those that have the Clek Foonf, when the seat is rear facing:
a) What is the leg room like?
b) How hard is it to get your LO in and out of the car?
We have the Recaro and it is a PITA getting LO in and out and there is definitely going to be leg room issues. So, I'm thinking about giving DH the Recaro and getting the Foonf for me.

I just got a Foonf . . . but I have it I the middle, so it doesn't impact seat adjustment/leg room. If it were on either side, it may slightly impact leg room, but not too terribly (I had the Britax Chaperone, and that impacted leg room for sure). It is a pretty easy in and out though . . . although all I have to compare it to is the Chaperone . . . but it is way easier than that!

Do you mean leg room for you or for LO? If you're talking about LO, it's totally fine for their legs to be touching the seat or bent when rf.

I can't really answer about leg room from personal experience, because my LO is only 6 months old (so plenty of room now) and this is the only convertible I've used. I feel like, from what I've read about the size comparisons of the Foonf to the Radian, they'd be pretty similar re: legroom.
As far as difficulty getting in and out, it's definitely harder than the infant seat! The side walls are a bit higher than the Radian, so I would think the Radian would be easier. I've developed a specific hold that makes it easier to get him in the seat than anything else I've tried, but I definitely have to hoist him up. I figure it'll get better when he can climb in himself.
For me, it came down to the fact that I felt the Foonf was safer. DH made the comment when I was still undecided (because of the potential difficulty getting LO in and out) that we'd get used to whatever we have to do to get him in, and eventually it won't be a big deal. I'd say that's true for us!

@littlek: Leg room for extended rear facing us one of those "think it would matter but doesn't" factors. Like Weagle said lo will fold their legs, put them to the side, or even up the back of the passenger seat. All options are safe for lo & leg injuries with rf happen significantly less than when ff. 
Idk about the getting in & out of it yet though... Figure by the time we move there (since we use the Combi currently) the kiddos will be able to climb in & out!

@MsLipGloss: that's nice you can get it in the middle. We couldn't get the recaro to fit in the middle.

We have the foonf (in the middle seat) as well. No problems getting LO in and out and it has good leg room thus far. Our DS is only 6 months, but almost 29'' tall now. I went to a few seminars on car seats and the general rule is that you wanna rear face for as long as possible, regardless of leg room. They said "You'd rather have a child with broken legs over a child with a broken neck" if, God forbid, you were in an accident. It seems so uncomfortable to have their little legs folded up like that or off to the side, but they don't seem to care. The Clek is a great seat!
