I'm waiting to hear back from Clek support so meanwhile...did anyone have trouble tightening the latch belt? There is still a good bit of slack in the belt (the seat moves side to side about 4 inches!) but it will NOT tighten anymore. It's like the belt just won't go past a certain point. There are no twists or anything visibly stopping it.

I find it's difficult to tighten, but it does. I have to really kneel in the carseat and put all my weight down to be able to get it to tighten. Other then a twist in the belt, I can't see what else would stop it from tightening?

I found it impossible, wouldn't budge even with kneeling in it. But DH got it to tighten.

@MrsB2012: @pinkb: Thanks for replying! We did eventually get it tight, I don't know what made the difference because we didn't really do anything different but it's in!
