I did 3 cycles with the third ending in an ectopic pregnancy. I then moved on to injectables which worked for us. However, a close friend became pregnant with twins on her 2nd cycle of Clomid. I hope it works for you!

We're on our 3rd cycle of clomid +IUI. Each cycle I've taken one clomid (50) each night day 3-7, with planned monitoring ultrasound on day 11.
1st cycle: RE added Bravelle (75) injection days 13-14; triggered day 15 with one mature follicle; IUI day 17; BFN.
2nd cycle: had a mature follicle on day 11; triggered that night, IUI day 13; BFN.
Current cycle: RE added Bravelle injection day 9; I had three medium-ish follicles today on day 11, am doing Bravelle again today and tomorrow then going back in the next morning to see what's what.

We did 3 rounds and each time, I responded well, didn't have to increase, but none took, unfortunately.

I did one round of 50mg Clomid, Ovidrel trigger and IUI. Now I'm doing another one with 100mg Clomid, everything else the same. I only had 1 egg last cycle, so I'm hoping I'll respond better to the 100mg.

We did 3 IUIs with Clomid. First 2 were with 50mg and 3rd with 100mg was successful. Good luck!
