What kinds of successes have you had with either Clomid or Femara?
I successfully ovulated on 100mg of Clomid, but did absolutely nothing at all on Femara. I've heard the opposite is typically true.

I ovulated and got BFPs on 75 mg of clomid, unfortunately I miscarried both. We took a break from trying after the 2nd miscarriage, started again 6 months later and clomid no longer worked on its own. We were referred to a RE who put me on clomid with injectables and after 3 cycles we were pregnant! LO is 7 months old now!
But like you I've heard that Femara is more successful than Clomid.

I always ovulated but my RE suspected I had a "weak" ovulation, resulting in low progesterone. I got my BFP on my second cycle of 100mg Clomid. i never tried Femara.

I didn't respond at all to femara and out of the 4 cycles with clomid I only responded on two at 150mg.

I took 50 mg of Clomid and responded with two follicles. The IUI didn't take though so we moved onto IVF per our RE's recommendation.

I also did respond well to Clomid but not at all to Femara!
